Shipping policy

We ship orders across Canada within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Canada Post standard rates.

Expedited or Xpress post options are available depending on your location.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same day.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Pickup is available at our Greater Vancouver Lice Clinic by appointment. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
