Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on lice combs, shampoos, sprays, oils, or accessories once opened or used. This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our customers.

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the personal nature of lice treatment items, we do not offer refunds on used or opened products.

Refunds may be granted if:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a refund:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt)

Once your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
